How do I return an item?

Our Return Policy:
All purchases at GreatRoomsDecor.com are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any Great Rooms Decor product, you may return it unused, unaltered, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.**  Merchandise credit will be issued on returns received after 30 days.  After 60 days, no returns will be accepted.
**Excludes sale items, custom orders, Fabrice de Villeneuve, and Furniture purchases. Fabrice de Villeneuve Limited Edition prints carry a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.  Furniture items carry a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight costs.  Sale items and custom orders are not returnable.
Free Shipping Returns:  The logo above denotes products that include shipping charges in the price when the item is purchased. -- no additional charges will be added in the shopping cart.  If a"Free Shipping" product is returned, the original shipping cost to send the product to you will be deducted from your refund.  For returns on any products which are sold with a free gift, we will deduct the value of the free gift if the gift is not also returned.
Damage Returns: If the item you received was damaged in shipment, DO NOT return it to us.  Contact us immediately so that we may file a claim with the carrier and/or arrange for the item to be picked up.  Save the damaged product and all exterior packaging as it may be required for inspection.  It is the customer's responsibility to notify us in a timely manner and follow these procedures in the event of damage.  We will not be responsible for damages if these procedures are not followed and we are precluded from filing a damage claim with the shipper.
Product Images & Returns: We make every effort to provide accurate pictures of our products, but computer monitor settings and lighting affect the images that are displayed.  In addition, many of our items are hand-finished, and colors can vary from piece to piece.  We cannot guarantee that the image displayed on your monitor will precisely match the color of the actual product.  If you have questions about the color or details of a particular product, please contact us prior to placing your order.  
Please consider that online shopping offers convenience, and that shipping charges replace the time and gas money you would spend driving to and from a store to make a purchase or return -- just as a brick-and-mortar merchant would not reimburse you this cost, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping products back and forth.  Returns due to color, style or taste are subject to our standard return policy -- shipping charges are not refundable.
Vendor Shipped Items: Some of our items ship directly from our vendors, and may not have a packing list enclosed. For detailed information on how to return such items, click to print a RETURN FORM with instructions.
Truck Shipped Items: Some of our items are too large to be returned via Fedex, UPS or USPS. Contact us to arrange a return for any items which were delivered via truck freight. Please keep in mind that freight deliveries and returns will  run higher than standard ground delivery charges.
