Return Policy
As always, all purchases at GreatRoomsDecor.com are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any Great Rooms Decor product, you may return it in its original packaging and in saleable condition within 60 days of the date you receive the item, subject to the following conditions:
  • Within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges.**
  • After 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued.
  • No returns will be processed after 60 days.
**Excludes sale items, custom orders, and Furniture purchases. Sale items and custom orders are not returnable. Our actual shipping cost for "FREE SHIPPING" items will be deducted from your refund for returned products.

  3. Please return items to us the way you received them. Repack securely and carefully so as to prevent damage during shipping. Surround fragile items completely with packing material (use newspaper if needed) and cushion items on all sides.
  4. Return the item via INSURED Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority or First Class Mail (with tracking). Do not risk your return credit by failing to track or insure the return shipment, even the most securely packed, seemingly unbreakable items can be damaged in shipment or lost or delivered somewhere else. If we receive the item with damage or don't receive it at all, a credit will not be issued by us, however you would be able to present a claim for reimbursement to the carrier if you purchased insurance.
