How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 
As always, all purchases at GreatRoomsDecor.com are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any Great Rooms Decor product, you may return it via insured shipping, unused, unaltered, with tags attached, in its original packaging and in saleable condition within 60 days, subject to the following conditions: 
  • Within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges.**
  • After 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued. 
  • No returns will be processed after 60 days.
  • No refund will be given if an item is received by us damaged.  Please pack the item well, and insure your return packages so that you may file a claim with the carrier (UPS, Fedex, etc.) should damage occur in return shipping.
**Excludes sale items, custom and personalized items, Fabrice de Villeneuve prints, and Furniture purchases.   Fabrice de Villeneuve Limited Edition prints carry a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.  Furniture is subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges to and from your location.  Sale items and custom orders are not returnable.
When will my order ship?
 

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. When we state that an item usually ships within 1-2 business days, that means that it will usually (though is not guaranteed to) leave our warehouse within that time, if it is listed as In Stock. It doesn't mean that it will be delivered in that time. Transit time is additional, and varies from 1-7 days depending on your proximity to the warehouse. Vendor-shipped items have varying ship times, which will also be listed on the product page.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment, for items shipped from our location. Also, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order if you registered at the time of checkout.
