Do I have to pay sales tax?
	You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Pennsylvania.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.  If you did not register on our site at the time you placed an order, you will not have access to this online.  A copy of your order was sent via email at the time you placed it, and another copy was sent at the time we notified you that the order had shipped.  If you did not receive these, please check your SPAM or bulk mail folders.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s) for items that ship from our location. Vendor shipped items will be charged approximately 2-3 business days prior to shipment. If you use a debit card, your bank may deduct the funds at the time you place the order, even though we do not collect the funds until shipment.
