Our Return Policy:  As always, all purchases at GreatRoomsDecor.com are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any Great Rooms Decor product, you may return it in its original packaging and in saleable condition within 60 days, subject to the following conditions:
  • Within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges.**
  • After 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued.
  • No returns will be processed after 60 days.

**Excludes sale items, custom orders, Fabrice de Villeneuve, and Furniture purchases.   Fabrice de Villeneuve Limited Edition prints carry a 15% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.  Furniture items carry a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight costs.Sale items and custom orders are not returnable.  Our actual shipping cost for "FREE SHIPPING" items will be deducted from your refund for returned products.
 
Free Shipping Returns:  The logo above denotes products that include shipping charges in the price when the item is purchased.  If a"Free Shipping" product is returned, the original shipping cost to send the product to you will be deducted from your refund.  For returns on any products which are sold with a free gift, we will deduct the value of the free gift if the gift is not also returned.
 
Return Shipping Cost:  Please consider that online shopping offers convenience, and that shipping charges replace the time and gas money you would spend driving to and from a store to make a purchase or return -- just as a brick-and-mortar merchant would not reimburse you this cost, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping products back and forth.  Returns due to color, style or taste are subject to our standard return policy -- shipping charges are not refundable. 
 
Damage Returns: If the item you received was damaged in shipment, DO NOT return it to us.  Contact us immediately so that we may file a claim with the carrier and/or arrange for the item to be picked up.  Save the damaged product and all exterior packaging as it may be required for inspection.  It is the customer's responsibility to notify us in a timely manner and follow these procedures in the event of damage.  We will not be responsible for damages if these procedures are not followed and we are precluded from filing a damage claim with the shipper.
 
Product Images & Returns: We make every effort to provide accurate pictures of our products, but computer monitor settings and lighting affect the images that are displayed.  In addition, many of our items are hand-finished, and colors can vary from piece to piece.  We cannot guarantee that the image displayed on your monitor will precisely match the color of the actual product.  If you have questions about the color or details of a particular product, please contact us prior to placing your order.  
 
Truck Shipped Returns: Some of our items are too large to be returned via Fedex, UPS or USPS. Contact us to arrange a return for any items which were delivered via truck freight. Please keep in mind that freight deliveries and returns will  run higher than standard ground delivery charges.

Warranty Disclaimer:  This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties by ReMaKe, Ltd or Great Rooms Decor.  Some items are covered by manufacturer's warranties, which will be explicitly stated on the product page.

Miscellaneous:  Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Great Rooms Decor products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, PA. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Great Rooms Decor products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Great Rooms Decor's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Great Rooms Decor may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Why am I receiving an error code when I try to check out?
  Please check to make sure you entered your credit card information correctly, including the 3 or 4 digit security code.  Also be sure that the billing address that you entered is the address to which your credit card statements are mailed.  If you have done all of this correctly and are still having a problem, call us at 877-773-8337 so that we may assist you.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

If you have a gift certificate that was issued under our previous website (www.GreatRooms.net), you may place an order using the pay by check option, then enter your gift certificate code in the comments section at checkout.  We will apply your certificate toward your purchase and advise you of any balance remaining.  If the amount of your purchase is higher than the certificate amount, please use the pay by credit card option and we will only charge the excess amount on the credit card.  Contact us if you have any questions.
How do I find a product?
  To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may use the navigation menus on the left column of our website, or type a keyword into the SEARCH box above left. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact us for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Because we already discount our products, we don't regularly offer coupons.   We sometimes give coupon codes to customers on an individual basis due to customer service issues, and we occasionally offer coupon codes to our newsletter subscribers.  To join our newsletter mailing list, see the box at left above the Facebook link.
