Order Status
An item was damaged when it arrived.
 
Every package we ship is insured against damage.  Please save the item, box and all packing materials and contact us immediately to provide all the information we need to present an insurance claim.  For fastest damage handling and item replacement, you may send digital photos of the damage and a description of the damage that was sustained to the item and to the box. 
We must be notified of damage within 5 business days or claims will not be honored.
Has my order shipped?
 
We send shipment notification with tracking via email for items sent from our location. If you expected the item to ship and did not receive this, please check your SPAM or junk mail folder to make sure it hasn't been blocked.
If you registered as a customer at the time you placed your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status. We try to keep this updated with any status changes and enter shipping /tracking information once we have it.
If you did not choose to register, we did not store any login information for you and the Order Status feature is not available. If you cannot locate a shipment notification email and you expected your item to have shipped, please contact us.
How do I track my order?
 
When we ship an item from our location, we send tracking information via email.  You can usually click on the tracking number to be taken directly to the shipper's website for a status.
Items shipped by our vendors may not have tracking information available.
 If you registered on our site at checkout, you will be able to log in  by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.  If you order displays a tracking number, you may click on it to view the status on the shipper's website.
If you decided not to register, the Order Status feature on our website is not available.
My order never arrived.
 
If you registered on our site at checkout, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.  If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, first check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.  If your packages each show a status of "delivered," please contact us for assistance.
If you chose not to register at checkout, the Order Status feature is not available.  Please check your email for a backorder notice or a shipment notification -- if your order shipped, please locate the tracking information in the email and check with the shipper for a status.  If you did not receive either of these emails, check your SPAM or bulk mail folders to make sure our emails are not getting blocked.  You may also contact us for a status.
An item is missing from my shipment.
 
Please check the packing list that was emailed to you on the day the order shipped (check your junk mail / spam folder if you can't locate it) to see if there is any notation regarding backorders or items shipping from different locations. If you registered on our site at the time of checkout, you may also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of the individual items in your order.
If there are several tracking numbers, then your order was shipped in more than one box and may arrive at different times.
Please note that some items ship from our location and some ship direct from our vendors, so if your order contained a combination, you will receive separate packages at different times.

When will my backorder arrive?
 
We will place your order in backorder status if we will not be able to ship it within the specified time frame on the item's product page.
Backordered items may include items which are temporarily out of stock at our location, or items which are currently unavailable from the manufacturer.  We will notify you via email if any part of your order is on backorder, often with an estimate of the expecrted duration of the backorder.  You may cancel your order at that time, or await the next available piece. 
Your credit card will not be charged until a backordered item is ready to ship.
