Small & medium size flower heads come with a hook/suction cup attachment on the back (no stem), suitable for hanging on a wall or attaching to a hard surface.**Large size comes with a 2" long (approx) stem and NO hook/suction cup attachment. Small and Medium Purple and Apricot Orange also come without the attachment and just have a short stem. All other small & medium flowers have the attachment.
